Can it get any simpler than this? All I did was layer some Picture Perfect Party paper with coordinating colors and stamp a sentiment right on the paper! The fabulous paper does all the work. I embellished using some baker’s twine because I thought that sort of looked like the string from balloons. A few minutes and I was done with this card! So easy! And I would be proud to give this simple, but stunning card to anyone!
