I was organizing some of my stuff from convention tonight and came across this wonderful gift I received from my up-up-upline, Shaunna Smith. This was her downline gift to us at convention. Isn’t it a lovely piece? Shauna is known for her attention to detail and her way with colors. She always creates such elegant pieces. From a small wood stamp case, she created a great little storage container for all the receipts and ephemera we may have collected at convention. I will certainly be using it to store my pin and other souvenirs from convention. Inside is lined and has a little envelope! How cute! She made two holes with the crop-a-dile and then threaded a ribbon through it with the ends glued together inside. The flower on the front is 4 layers and each layer was puffed up with a stylus. You do that by embossing the stylus with the flower on the foam pad. I believe she brushed a little matte finish Modge Podge on each flower so they would keep their shape. They are all put together with a brad. Very dainty touch! To find out more or ask questions, visit Shaunna at Shaunna.stampinup.net
