Today’s card was another balloon card I did for possible entry for the #GSP023 Theme Challenge – Balloons this week. I loved this card because of its simplicity and the fact it showcased how well balloons can work, even for a Get Well Card. But I really loved Thursday’s card, the “Party-Mobile” just because it was so much fun. So that won out!
This card was inspired by something I saw on the Stampin’ Up blog. They did a series of cards using the Perfectly Artistic DSP, which is part of Sale-A-Bration. You can see Stampin’ Up’s blog post HERE! to get more ideas on how to use this beautiful paper. I took one of their very simple ideas and redesigned it using hearts and balloons. As I said in my last post, I am finding out how versatile balloon images can be! How cheery is this Get Well card for someone special? And who doesn’t like a kiss to make it better?
I used this beautiful DSP for one of my favorite cards a few posts ago called “Love Without Limits”. That has been one of the most popular cards on the blog and Pinterest. The great thing about this paper is that is allows you to make very simple and quick cards that have a lot of wow factor because of the artistic look of the paper. The colors are scrumptious too! If you hurry, I am sure it is still available!
