I want Candy! For #GDP179

March 10, 2019 Filed Under: Gallery, Project Gallery

How Sweet It Is

I loved the theme of this week’s Global Design Project #GDP179, “Sweeter Than Candy”. But I really couldn’t come up with an idea for it.  But, you know how you get a song in your head and you just can’t get it out of your head?  Well, “I Want Candy” a 60’s tune first recorded by The Strangeloves and later on by Aaron Carter was really stuck in my head!

So, I thought, why not just do that challenge card and maybe it will cure me! With a quick and easy design using the Show Sweet It Is DSP and the Labeler Alphabet, that is exactly what I did. And, I think I am cured. The song has gone right out of my head!

For some great ideas using this theme, check out the fabulous #GDP179 Sweeter Than Candy Challenge by clicking on the image below.  There are some great cards!
