At least I think Dino Bunny is “Rawrsome”! I have been having a lot of fun with whimsical Easter cards lately and this idea has been in the back of my mind for a while. I finally decided to give it a try and today’s card is the result!
The Dino Bunny was created by adding some bunny ears that I found a template for online. The template is made for cupcakes, so they were the perfect size for this project. To make the Easter egg, it was a simple matter of using the Dino egg from the Dino dies and making the “cracked” Easter egg. For fun, I added a white pom pom to the Dino’s tail. I used a retired scallop punch to punch out the sentiments. Some of the palm leaves from Dino days made the Dino Bunny’s “Easter Grass”. And that was about it! Such fun to create!
Because it matched the theme for this week’s challenge at Global Design Project, I decided to do a second entry for this week. To see what everyone else has created with Easter and Spring themes, click on the image below.
