For this card, I didn’t pick the typical Thanksgiving stamp set. But the Field Journal Stamp set has so many images that will work well for Thanksgiving and Harvest cards. For me, Chipmunks remind me fall is here. Right now they are busy scurrying around eating as much as they can to get ready to hibernate for winter. This is the time of year I see them the most active and it is a sure sign fall is on the way!
The sentiment stamp is from the Gather Together Stamp set and all the others are from Field Journal. The images were all colored in using Stampin’ Blends. The beautiful background paper is believe it not, from the Halloween “Magic In This Night” DSP set.
Stampin’ Up! has made a lot of the DSP sets more versatile by giving you choices you can use for holidays beyond the one they were designed for. This design was perfect for a Thanksgiving card. With so many choices, holiday card making is easy!
