Well if there ever was a watermelon wonder, this is it! This is another one of my favorites from the series of cards I did using the Tutti-frutti DSP Stack. Again, the paper uses some unusual color combinations! But the Pool Party with the Real Red somehow comes off as somewhat of a dainty combination!  Something like you would see in something from Kate Spade. And it is oh so simple to make.

I took the watermelon paper and the coordinating dotted paper (see how it matches the “fruit” part of the watermelon?) and layered those on a piece of Real Red for a pop of color. That was layered on a card from the Tutti-frutti cards & envelopes set you can earn for free during Sale-A-Bration.

The only obvious choice for a ribbon was the 1/8″ Red Satin ribbon. It is perfect. The sentiment from Fruit Basket was stamped on the dotted paper and layered on a Pool Party Banner. A few of the Tutti-frutti Adhesive Backed sequins in Pool Party just added a special touch to this cute little card.

What’s not not love about this darling little card?  This dainty paper is from the Tutti-Frutti DSP Stack. The cherry design is so darling and layered with a Garden Green graphic from the same set.  It’s all wrapped up very sweetly with the Lemon Lime Ombre ribbon, which was about the only ribbon pretty enough for this paper!

A nice birthday sentiment from the Fruit Basket set makes this a card you would be happy to send to a good friend. It was all very easy and simple to do using the Tutti-frutti paper stack and the Sale-A-Bration cards and envelopes!

Oh groan! Yes, the pun is intended. This card has a lot of appeal! I only wish my image were better. One more encouragement for me to get a new battery for my Nikon and buy an overhead light. But I think you can see from this pale image how pretty the Daffodil Delight and Sweet Sugarplum are together. I never would have thought of this combination, but once I saw the design, I loved it! Another simple card that looks so wow! The tutti-frutti paper was layered on one of the card & envelope sets from the Sale-A-Bration set.

I decided a color ribbon was going to be too much, so I choose the metallic gold ribbon. Then I added a few f the tutti-frutti adhesive backed sequins for a little more sparkle. The new adhesive backed sequins are just the best! They have slightly varying shades in each color family and just a teeny bit of sparkle. And so easy to apply with the adhesive already on the sequin. We really need more of these!  A sentiment from the Sale-A-Bration Happy Wishes set was perfect stamped in Sweet Sugarplum and then die cut with a stitched oval. A quick and easy card that makes a statement.
