I have made quite a few cards using the new Memories & More card packs. I love using them. The cards and embellishments are so beautiful and they coordinate back to other Stampin’ Up supplies. I really can’t say enough good things about the new Memories & More. Call me a fan!
Today’s card uses the Petal Garden Memories & More card pack. This beautiful set features floral designs that use Calypso Coral, Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry and Sweet Sugarplum colors. I loved the Calypso Coral and Old Olive looks the best. And when I looked at the Petal Garden pack, I immediately thought of the Delightful Daisy DSP for a background paper. As you can see, everything went together beautifully.
To give the card a bit of pop, I cut the sentiment from a card using the Stitched Framelits. It finished off the edges perfectly and created the elegant look I wanted. My Stitched Framelits have been my go to dies this year. I use them constantly. I love the polished look they give each and every card.
And this is quick and easy card making at its best. If you have a few card packs on hand, you will always be able to sit down and create a beautiful card. And like this one, if you don’t have time to stamp, that is okay. There are lots of beautiful sentiments in the card packs and they are just as perfect for card making as they are for memory keeping! The beautiful rose accenting the sentiment is a sticker from the Petal Garden Card Pack. It was the perfect touch to finish the card.
