Picture Perfect Party With A Pink Panda

I don’t often do whimsical. But once I decided I liked this design paper from Picture Perfect Party DSP stack, the idea to use the Party Pandas stamps seemed obvious! This paper design was one I never thought I would come up with an idea for!  But once I worked with it, I love it!  It has every “unicorn color” you can think of and is just cotton candy perfect for a whimsical birthday card. And of course, the Panda had to be pink! Anything less just wouldn’t do on this paper! And best of all, a Balloon Honeycomb gave this card the perfect touch.
