This week, I am showcasing the True Gentleman Suite in the Occasions catalog. It is one my all time favorite “masculine themed” sets. Both the stamp set and the Designer Paper are classic, understated and very versatile! Perfect for the guys in your life! Because I wanted to enter this post in the Global Design Project Challenge, I decided to come up with a design that would fit the challenge design this week. I have always liked the cards with “collars and ties” and I wanted to do something along that line without the tie. So, I thought, “why not suspenders?”. One of the designs in the Sure Gentleman DSP had the perfect vertical pattern for suspenders. And the collars are simple to do. Just take a 1/2′ strip of paper and fold it in to look like a collar. I threaded one of the True Gentleman buttons and adhered it to finish off the collar. Perfect for your “truly Tailored” kinda guy!
