One resolution I have made this year is to start holiday early! And I don’t think June is too early to begin. After all, Thanksgiving is only 5 months away. And once Thanksgiving arrives, I never have enough time. So, I planned to start holiday projects in the summer and have a good amount done by the time the new Holiday Occasions catalog arrives with so many new items to tempt me!
I was hoping there would be some fabulous holiday things in the new catalog. And my hopes were met with the Under the Mistletoe Suite! I love, love, love this paper! There are a variety of designs that will work for holiday and beyond. I love plaids and my eye was definitely drawn to this one in Olive and Navy. How unusual is this color combo? Plus, I thought my design would fit the bill pretty well for this week’s Global Design Project #GDP142 a sketch challenge. See all the other fabulous designs at Global Design Project #GDP142
