Today’s card uses the oh so cute set, Bike Ride! Each month I participate in a swap with other Demonstrators. We call ourselves the “Designing Dozen” because this year we have each pick a month to host and whoever chooses that month chooses the set! For this month, my Upline and everyone’s favorite Diva, Nancy made the choice for us to use “Bike Ride”. At first I was a little overwhelmed by this choice…or in my case, this challenge! And while I had noticed cards from this set now and then, I really never gave it a “try” or even a”second look”.
Well, after much muttering under my breath and silent protesting, I was really perplexed as to what I was going to do, but I finally found a card I loved by Tammi White and decided to CASE it! You can see Tami’s card HERE! CASEing a design made my life a lot easier and more fun!
So, after all my initial dismay, I have decided I just LOVE the Bike Ride set! It is so cute and there are a lot of possibilities.
So, if you have noticed Bike Ride and haven’t given it a chance, I say DO IT! It’s a lot of stamping and die cutting, but it’s a lot of fun too!
