Hello Fall!

That’s right. Hello Fall! It is officially the first day of fall.  And not to stress you out or anything, just about 62 days until Thanksgiving. Oh My! For me, there is a lot of stamping to do!

This card uses last year’s fall set, “For All Things”. I wasn’t a big fan of the set in this years catalog, but I thought this set went with the paper really well and it is still in the main catalog!  I hope they keep it for years, It is one of my favorite fall sets every. The only downside, no framelets. But every now and then I enjoy the peace of snipping out stamped images. It is sort of like coloring!

Grateful For This Season!

Its getting to be fall here in Missouri!  The air is wonderfully clear and cool and you can tell the leaves will start to change soon!  And the sky gets so blue this time if year!  Today’s card is all about fall and my sentiment about how grateful I am for fall to arrive.  It is my favorite season.

This card uses the new In The Woods paper. The sentiment is created by using the note punch and then turning it around to punch again so you have a rectangle.

Boo! To you!

15-0918-0196It is time to think about Halloween!  I am excitedly awaiting the new Paper Pumpkin that is on the way. We got to see a preview at Convention and I have to say it is a real cutie for Halloween. Thinking about that Paper Pumpkin arriving means I am all about Halloween right now!  I also got out my decorations tonight and will start “haunting” the house this weekend!

Today’s card is another take on “the Spider Web doily on a striped background“.  I know,  I know doilies are on backorder. But if you were lucky enough to get in on the first batch shipped, I encourage you to get them out and stamp! If not, Stampin’ Up! has plenty coming in any day now and you will be able to get them with enough time to doily your heart out for Halloween.
