Another Lots of Joy

August 2, 2015 Filed Under: Gallery, Project Gallery

Lots Of JoyJust had to share one more creation using the Stampin’ Up! Lots of Joy Stamp set. I know, I know, you are all over that new Holiday Catalog from Stampin’ Up. But, don’t forget, there are a lot of possibilities with this stamp set and the Merry Moments DSP!  And I love the “retro look” to both the font in the Lots of Joy Stamp set and the DSP.  Wish you a hip holiday season! Get Stampin’!

Here’s The Recipe:

Paper: Silver Slate, Cherry Cobbler, Many Merry Moments DSP
Inks: Cherry Cobbler
Embellishments: Silver Satin Ribbon
Tools: 1″ Square Punch, Circle Framlets

Lots of Joy Stamp Set
Lots of Joy Stamp Set

Well, now that convention is over it really is time to start thinking about the holidays! Right before convention I spent a great day at a crop with my Missouri Stampin’ Up peeps. I took a little time out from making swaps to play with the Lots of Joy stamp set in the main catalog. I figured I was going to be so distracted by what’s in the Holiday Catalog, that if I didn’t use this stamp set now, it might get overlooked in all the hoopla with the new stuff! I love plaid DSPs, I love the Tree Punch and for some weird reason, I like stamps that look like a Postage Stamp. So, I was in heaven making this card!

Here is the recipe:
Cardstock: Mossy Meadow, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White
Inks: Mossy Meadow, Cherry Cobbler
Stamp Set: Lots of Joy
Embellishments: Cherry Cobbler Striped Grosgrain Ribbon
Tools: Stampin’ Up Handheld Stapler(great tool!), Note Tag punch

Background: Bohemian DSP layered on Island Indigo

I had fun creating this one!
