It has looked liked snow was coming the last few days around here. So, I decided to pull out Snowman Season and make a snow card! I love this set just for the papers and the snowman punch. But I pulled in a piece from the upcoming Spring catalog to make the snow swirl!

I created the “snowstorm” using a die from the Painted Labels set in the new Peaceful Poppies suite. You should be getting a Spring Mini catalog in the mail any day now. Wait until you see it! As a Demonstrator, I was able to order a few things early.  And while I will be doing Spring cards soon, I am still using what I have for Christmas so you can craft along with me!

The swirl die was “frosted” up a bit using the Shimmery Crystal Effects and the Ice Stamping’ Glitter. I then scattered in a few of the Snowflake Sequins to make it look like a blizzard. And then I die cut a few large snowflakes using a die from the Frosted Frames Die set. Those were cut from the Sparkling Glimmer Paper. The snowman’s hat was punched from a piece of the DSP. You will find that many of Stampin’ Up!’s punches and dies match the Designer Paper now.

Here is a fast, easy card featuring the Feels Like Frost stamp set. I needed a card I could do fast for a challenge. I had wanted to do a solid version of a card I created using the Feels Like Frost paper and Silver Foil, which you can see HERE! That was a fun card to do and it certainly got a lot of attention from everyone. But I also like a “earthy look” in card stock and papers. This card featuring Sahara Sand, Merry Merlot and Pretty Peacock is the result.

The version shown was my initial sample card. The final that went out for the challenge had the Pretty Peacock layer and the Merry Merlot die cut embossed with the Subtle Texture embossing folder. I liked that look much better! But I traded them all away!  The card is super simple with just some die cuts and a few Holiday Rhinestones to set it off and add some bling.

Well Thanksgiving is over and the holidays are right here! If you are pressed for time, Stampin’ Up! has so many easy, fast projects to help you. From Paper Pumpkin to kits, there is always an answer to creativity calling when you don’t have much time! Today’s card uses the Night Before Christmas suite’s Cards & Envelopes as well as the Night Before Christmas Memories & More Card pack. It was super easy to take out these few items and some supplies on hand to create about 30 cards while watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!!!

The card above was one of my favorite designs, but I think they all looked great! And they were fast. I even used the cards & stickers from the Memories & More Pack to create sentiments inside the cards. It was a fun way to just sit down and craft. I love doing that!

Below are two collages of some of the other cards I created.  Most I just made up by arranging the cards. I also CASED a few ideas I found on Pinterest. And I used the Night Before Christmas DSP on a few and added Red Rhinestones to every card! As I have said many times before, what I love about crafting with Stampin’ Up! is that they use a color system to match everything. When you have bought something, it is going to coordinate with all your Memories & More card packs, all the Designer Series Paper, all your inks, card stock and other embellishments. You never waste money or time!  I love that about Stampin’ Up!
